They oversee long-term growth, partnership development with Tier 1 vendors (like HP, Dell, and Lenovo), and ensuring the company maintains its high industry certifications like R2v3 and Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher status.
HR Administration
Dedicated to building and supporting the expert team behind CNB’s success. HR Administration manages recruitment, employee development, and company culture. They ensure that our staff—from technicians to sales executives—are empowered, well-trained, and working in a safe, collaborative environment to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
Sales
The bridge between CNB’s technology and our diverse client base. The Sales team works with the Education, Government, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors to provide cost-effective IT solutions. They specialize in volume procurement, responding to RFPs, and helping businesses manage their IT lifecycles by offering certified refurbished products that enhance their bottom line.
IT Department
The technical architects of our operations. This team manages CNB’s internal infrastructure and develops the software solutions that power our business. From managing our e-commerce platforms to overseeing network security and software development, the IT Department ensures that our digital tools are as reliable and efficient as the hardware we sell.
Operations
The engine room where the refurbishment process comes to life. Operations manages the logistics of mass PC deployment, computer imaging, and inventory management of over $10 million in stock. They oversee the rigorous testing and revitalization process that turns used equipment into "good as new" technology, ensuring every unit meets our strict quality standards.
RMA
Our commitment to quality assurance and customer peace of mind. The RMA department handles the return and repair process for any faulty hardware. They manage warranty claims, perform diagnostic troubleshooting, and facilitate quick replacements or repairs, ensuring that every customer remains satisfied with their investment long after the initial purchase.
